Jennifer Aniston Works Out 7 Days a Week!

Jennifer Aniston has one of the hottest summer bodies of 2010, so her diet and workout tricks are more than welcome.  The 41 year old actress has discovered a balanced lifestyle that helps her stay in great shape: a healthy diet and lots of exercising.

Aniston says that the secret to her amazing figure is all about balance, motivation and a healthy lifestyle.

“I run, work out every day. I do a lot of running — exercise is so important. Plus it’s all about balance. Work, exercise, diet, you need balance,” confessed the actress at her perfume launch in London.

The fit actress works out seven days a week, and running on the treadmill or outdoors is never optional since having toned legs in the summer is a must.  At the end of every workout, the actress does about 20 minutes of yoga to relax. Although she’s 41, Aniston says she feels more comfortable in her body now than she ever did in her 20s.

“I’m healthier. I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body. I’m startin’ to live. It’s good!”

Aniston says being a celebrity is what motivates her to stay fit and never miss a workout.

“I am, perhaps, fortunate that my career, the public awareness it brings, gives me a certain freedom in this way,” said Aniston.

The actress combines her fitness regime with a low-carb, high protein diet that helps her get the energy she needs for the busy days on the set.
